Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period: To cancel or reschedule your home inspection, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment. This allows us to efficiently manage our inspection calendar and accommodate the needs of other clients. Cancellation Fees: Should you need to cancel within the specified time frame, no cancellation fees will be applied, and we will work with you to reschedule the inspection at a convenient time. However, cancellations made outside the stipulated notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the total inspection cost. This fee is intended to cover administrative and scheduling expenses. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your home inspection, we are happy to accommodate your request without any additional charges, provided it falls within the agreed-upon notice period.
